Djablo Sauce celebrates the bold flavors of the Philippines, rooted in the family traditions of the Visayas. In 1971, Filipino immigrant Michael Dadap created a homemade sauce inspired by the vibrant cooking of his mother and sisters.
In 2019, his daughter Laura, reimagined the recipe and launched Djablo Sauce in small batches from Queens, New York. Crafted with fresh, unstrained ingredients to reduce waste and maximize flavor, the brand quickly gained recognition as a bridge between heritage and modern food culture. Its lineup—Original, Smoked, and Power Jab—offers layered heat and soulful taste.
Djablo reached a wider audience when it was featured on Hot Ones Season 22, earning praise from Bobby Flay and other celebrities.
