Auria's Malaysian Kitchen makes family recipe Malaysian pantry goods. Our products are handmade in small batches in a shared kitchen facility in Queens, NYC using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods. The product line ranges from jarred sambal (chill pastes) and kaya (coconut jams) to dry spice blends for easy home-cooking of popular Malaysian dishes.
Honored as the 2023 Queens Tech & Innovation Champion and 2024 Minority Small Business Award winner, Auria’s has also been featured in Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, and more. A two-time SOFI Award winner, it is the first Malaysian brand founded and manufactured in the U.S.
