Founded in 2018 in New York City, AnnTremet Cake is a boutique bakery that blends French pastry traditions with Asian-inspired flavors. Best known for its stunning mirror-glaze mousse cakes, the shop also offers buttercream and fresh cream cakes, petite sweets, and seasonal specialties—all crafted with natural, low-sugar ingredients. With locations in the West Village and Long Island City, AnnTremet serves as both a destination for everyday indulgence and a go-to for bespoke cakes that make celebrations unforgettable.
